Tech Times wrote that iGyaan, an Indian outlet, claimed they have received parts of a Samsung company-wide memo detailing the S-Pen features for Galaxy Note 7. They added that the S-Pen will have a Bluetooth LE, an improved and battery-saving feature that allows its users to use the stylus longer. Furthermore, the new design allows it to be more accurate.

Softpedia adds that the Air View feature via the S-Pen will have an Always on Demand app which they say is a sort of improved S Memo to help users conveniently and quickly create memos any time of their choosing.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7's Air Command app will be added with more commands as well. The app will reportedly start when the S-Pen is taken out of its docket and it will automatically display related options for writing and saving memo and included with Text-to-Speech shortcuts and Dictionary.

Samsung Note 7 Rumored Specs

As for the specs of the highly awaited phablet, the Note 7 might possibly house a 3600 mAh battery which is the same capability as the Samsung S7 Edge, Forbes noted. While the Note 7 is similar to the S7 Edge in terms of screen size, the outlet notes that the main physical difference between the two is the S-Pen.

It is rumored that the Note 7 will have a 5.8-inch AMOLED screen with 6GB RAM and with either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 823 process or Exynos chip. It may also have a borderless display and an iris scanner that may be used for more than just security.

It is likely for the smartphone to have a microSD card slot to expand storage space. Furthermore, the Galaxy Note 7 will be dust and water resistant because it may be IP68 certified.

Samsung is expected to unveil the phablet on August 2 and shop to South Korea, US and Europe. There is no pricing information released yet.
