Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2 Beat iPhone 5, iPhone 4S in Official Satisfaction Poll (PHOTO)
The Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 have beaten out the iPhone 5, iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 in a satisfaction poll released Wednesday.
The Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 scored 84 – first and second position - on a scale of 1 to 100 while the iPhone 5, its predecessor iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 scored 82, 82 and 81, respectively - coming in the third, fourth and fifth postions.
The study was conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which has been providing customer satisfaction information for the past 10 year's top-selling smartphone models in the U.S.

In a collective score Apple came out with 81, dropping from 83 last year. Meanwhile, Samsung's total score was 76, up from 71 last year.
The Motorola's Droid Razr was No. 6, with 80, followed by Galaxy SII (78), Motorola's Droid Razr (77), BlackBerry's Curve (67) and BlackBerry's Bold (64).
According to ACSI Director David VanAmburg, not only does Samsung edge ahead of all iPhones, Apple customers themselves don't see much difference between the iPhone 4, 4S or 5, CNET reported.
The new Samsung Galaxy S4 was not in the list because the poll was conducted prior to its launching.
The ASCI study was based on a survey of 4,112 users between Jan. 21 and March 17 and is an extension of a May survey.
