Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Rumors: A New Image of the Next-Gen Tablet May Have Just Leaked Online

Samsung widely expected to launch the Galaxy Tab S3 at the Mobile World Congress later this month

Samsung's Galaxy Tab S3 may have leaked a little bit ahead of schedule.

An alleged image of the new tablet appears to now be present online courtesy of WinFuture. The image itself doesn't really reveal that much about the new device, though it is shown together with the S Pen.

That little detail may be worth paying attention to.

In an earlier report, Sam Mobile shared that Samsung may be planning to ship S Pens together with the new tablets, and the new image could be hinting that will indeed be the case.

While this recently shared image isn't all that revelatory beyond the S Pen inclusion, there are some other details related to the next-gen tablet that have leaked online previously.

The tablet's GFXBench appearance was particularly noteworthy in terms of shedding more light on what it could eventually offer to users.

According to that listing, the Galaxy Tab S3 will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor and will also be running the 7.0 version of the Android Nougat operating system.

The tablet may also end up possessing 4GB of RAM paired together with 32GB of internal storage. A 12-megapixel primary camera could also be part of the tablet, with a secondary camera available up front that will give users five megapixels.

These specs are obviously not confirmed just yet, but tablet-seekers may not have to wait for that much longer before the folks over at Samsung finally provide the official details.

Samsung will again make an appearance at the Mobile World Congress this year, and an invitation recently sent out by the company seems to be hinting that they will be going there with the new tablet in hand.

With Samsung's MWC press conference set for Feb. 26, that date may also represent exactly when the Galaxy Tab S3 will make its official debut.
