Samsung IFA 2013 Video Trailer Released, Aliens Create Galaxy Note 3?
Samsung released a new trailer this week for its IFA 2013 appearance.
The video shows what look like security cameras scoping out Samsung headquarters. During the video, small aliens can be seen performing everyday tasks at the company's offices including making copies and working on a computer. This is advertised as Samsung's secret to success.
The Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear smartwatch do not make an appearance during the trailer, which can be seen here. It also doesn't tell the public about anything that will be seen during the event.
Samsung will release a 7.1-inch Galaxy Tab model aimed towards the children's market. This device could make an appearance at IFA.
Rumored specs for the tab include a protective cover that will help the tablet in the case of a spill or a drop. It will also come with a lot of newly designed education and fun apps for children pre-installed.
It will also feature a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, microSD slot, Android 4.1, JellyBean, a 7.1-inch display and a 4000mAh battery. It will launch in new colors including orange and yellow.
Samsung first unveiled its new line of Galaxy Tabs at a special media event in June that included the Galaxy Note 3 7.0, 8.0 and 10.1.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 seemed to be the most anticipated out of the three as it is the direct iPad Mini competitor. It also costs less than the Apple tablet as it retails for $299. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is the smallest model of the three and costs just $199. It comes with a 1024 x 728 TFT display, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of Internal storage, and Android 4.1, JellyBean.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 features a 10.1-inch display with the same resolution found on the 8-inch model. It also comes with an Intel Z2560 processor, a Clover Trail+design, and runs one of the latest versions of Android.
