Samsung Note 6 Rumor: Phablet To Boast Of 16-Core Processor, 8GB RAM, High Sensor Camera
Samsung fans are already anticipating the release of the Korean tech company's Galaxy 7 to be launched this month. However, as various speculations about the specs of another Samsung product, the Galaxy Note 6, continue to float this early, techie individuals who are into Samsung products seem to show more interest in its release, which is likely to be dropped into the market in August or September this year.
The Note 5 left many Samsung fans disappointed last year as the specs of the device did not fall in the good graces of the techies due to their undeniable similarity to the Galaxy 6.
According to Value Walk, Samsung disturbingly continues to lose a big chunk of its market share. The market is currently dominated by Apple products and high-end Chinese Android mobile units. Hence, it is but understandable for the company to introduce impressive specs in Note 6 in order to bait in once more the consumers who patronized its products not so long ago.
Among the many speculated technology that the Note 6 will reportedly have is a powerful processor that can be at par with those of personal computers. According to Tech Times, techies can look forward to Note 6 having a PC-like gaming minimum of 8GB of RAM. The phablet is also said to be loaded with a 16-core processor that uses 14nm FinFET technology. This will be welcomed by those who use it for gaming as it will surely make their gaming experience further fun-packed.
Another persistent rumored spec of the yet-to-be released Note 6 is that it will have six-inch screen bolstered by a 4k resolution. Earlier reports alleged that the Note 6 will have a 30-megapixel main camera. However, with the reduction of the pixels of the upcoming Galaxy 7 camera, from 16 MP in Galaxy 6 to only 12 MP for Galaxy 7, it is very possible that Samsung has realized that pixels has nothing to do with picture quality. Hence, it is likely that an improved sensor is one of the selling points of the Note 6 camera.
With Samsung forging an agreement with Synaptics for its ClearForce pressure sensitive screen display last year, it can be expected that the Note 6 will have a pressure-sensitive display too---a technology that was earlier introduced by Apple last year after it released the iPhone6S.
Meanwhile, according to Gotta Be Mobile, the surfacing of Samsung's patented application for the S-Pen stylus could be an indication that the Note 6 will have it as well. While it's true that the company has already introduced several features to the pen last year, it is possible that the S-Pen will also serve as a kickstand for the phablet.
