'Scandal' Season 4 News: Episode 5 Recap, Episode 6 Plot Revealed

Last Thursday's episode of "Scandal" saw Jake being held captive as President Fitz does all that he can to get him to admit to killing his son, Jerry.

Last week, Olivia starts getting worried when Jake wouldn't answer any of her calls. She gets Huck to track the location of his last cell phone signal, and once they got it, they find out that Jake was at the White House. She tells Rowan, who is pretending not to know anything about Jake's disappearance, that maybe she ought to go and save him. Rowan tells her that Jake can take care of himself. Later, Cyrus tells her that Jake is in the "bowels of the Pentagon."

Meanwhile, President Fitz, in an attempt to find answers to Jerry's death, starts to beat up Jake to get him to confess. Jake tells him the truth—he didn't kill Jerry, but Rowan did. However, Jake begins to wonder if there's another reason why the President is beating him up, and as soon as Fitz mentions Olivia's name, he learns that he is being persecuted for being with her, and he might even get killed for it.
