'Scandal' Season 5 Episode 18 Spoilers: Olivia Feels Deep Remorse From Her Act; Will She Do Something Drastic Again?

ABC's hit political drama TV series "Scandal" Season 5 didn't air last week to give way for the two-hour special "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 event. The show, however, will be back to the small screens tonight with a brand new episode 18 titled "Till Do Us Part" and fans can now finally find out the aftermath of Olivia Pope's actions in "Thwack!"

Spoiler alert for those who missed Episode 17, former Vice-President Andrew Nichols threatened Liv, Fitz, and Mellie to expose to the media the truth about Fitz. The group tried to reason out with the ex VP and even arrived with the plan to pay him off with a huge money. However, Nichols refused and Liv was forced to kill him with a metal chair.

In the next episode, the synopsis from The Futon Critic said that Liv will be reeling with the murderous act she committed. The teaser shows the crisis management expert feeling remorseful for Nichol's tragic death.

"I killed him," Liv said as she was shown in the video drinking and losing control of herself. But the guilt she felt won't be the only thing that will be put into focus in this hour.

The TFC summary added that she may finally find out what exactly her father and Jake are plotting and she must do something to stop it from happening.

In the clip, Olivia and Jake are shown together in bed. The former questions the man's love for his bride to be, Vanessa.

"You don't really love her," Liv said. In another scene, she can also be heard asking if Jake and Vanessa will push through the wedding.

It looks like Liv will get her answers very soon when Papa Pope tells her that they're moving up the schedule. An aerial shot of a woman in a bridal gown, walking down the aisle can then be seen.

Viewers are still clueless on the reason why Rowan pushes Jake to marry Vanessa but there hints are indicating that it must be something devious. This might push Liv to make yet another drastic move.

"Scandal" Season 5 airs Thursdays at 9 on ABC.
