'Scandal' Season 5 Spoilers: Susan Confronts David

The upcoming episode of "Scandal" will have one of the characters confronting another about an affair.

It was stated that Susan Ross, played by Artemis Pebdani, will be seen addressing a vital problem in the upcoming episode. With that, fans can expect her to confront David Rosen, played by Joshua Malina, in order to rectify their relationship. It is evident that Ross has immense feelings for Rosen.

Unfortunately, there is something that stands in the way as Ross believes that Rosen has been cheating on her. In the ucpoming episode, she will finally address her concerns to Rosen. However, this will bring drama to the story, since it was already previously established that Rosen was actually dating Elizabeth North, played by Portia de Rossi. Nevertheless, Rosen's flirting with Ross has also confused his relationship with North. It was stated that David had told Elizabeth that he was beginning to have a romantic interest in Ross.

A teaser for the upcoming episode titled "The Miseducation of Susan Ross," shows the chaos that will ensue now that their scandal has been revealed. Rosen was seen telling Ross, "We should just put out a statement that says that we really care for each other, and that we tried. But we both should be focusing on working for the country, and we remain good friends."

However, Ross will not take the proposal too lightly as she was seen saying, "Do you know what people will understand when they hear that? That the person in the relationship with a penis, that's you, cheated on the person without a one. And that we are looking for a way out that doesn't make me look bad."

"Scandal" season 5, episode 16 will air on Mar. 31 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
