'Scandal' Season 7 Episode 6 Spoilers: Will Olivia Snob Quinn's Big Day?

Quinn (Katie Lowes) is getting married to Charlie (George Newbern) in the upcoming episode of "Scandal."

In the episode titled "Vampires and Bloodsuckers," the synopsis reveals that Quinn's big day will finally arrive. Her Gladiators will attend the ceremony, but it still remains to be seen if her former boss, Olivia (Kerry Washington), will take some time off from her busy schedule to show her support. Olivia's work as the White House Chief of Staff has been taxing, especially when she starts to have petty fights with Mellie (Bellamy Young). Since she has been friends with Quinn for a long time, attending the latter's wedding seems to be imperative.

Meanwhile, Mellie, Olivia, and Cyrus (Jeff Perry) will be busy planning their next move now that President Rashad (Faran Tahir) is dead. Last episode, they watched in shock when the leader's plane exploded in midair. The incident came after Mellie declared war against Bashran. The president knows she is in big trouble. At the moment, no clues are available on who ordered Rashad's murder. Olivia's actions, however, are starting to become suspicious. Previously, Mellie had a personal agreement with her. She promised to keep Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) on a leash to stop him from meddling with any White House business.

When Fitz arrived in Washington, he immediately told Olivia that he was there to stay. Olivia rebuffed his advances and asked Mellie to keep Fitz away from her. With the POTUS' decision, Fitz will no longer be able to stroll in the hallways of the White House and antagonize Olivia any longer. The former fixer knows that Fitz can destroy everything she has worked hard for. She is also determined to pursue Curtis (Jay Hernandez) without fear of her ex-lover ordering the other man's assassination.

"Scandal" season 7 airs Thursdays, at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
