Season 9 'The Big Bang Theory' - A Road Trip To Mexico, A New Look For Amy In Episode 3
The third episode in Season 9 of "The Big Bang Theory" is titled 'Bachelor Party Corrosion.' The boys are trying to reach Mexico and Amy is trying out a new look. Looks like the laughs are back in our favorite sitcom.
A fun road trip is just what this season of "The Big Bang Theory" needs. The official synopsis for this trip to Mexico reads: "The guys' science skills are put to the test when they get a flat tire during Leonard's bachelor party weekend in Mexico. Also, the girls force Penny to finally tell her family that she eloped with Leonard."
The road trip has every chance of going bad and fun at the same time. The boys are happy that Leonard has settled the matter with Penny and decide to go on a road trip to Mexico which they are going to convert to 'Leonard's Bachelor Party' albeit belated. Can this ever go right? A flat tire on the way throws everything out of gear for the boys. There is more fun as viewers can see in the promo, the boys need to tie Sheldon up with ropes and a blindfold just to get him in the van.

Meanwhile, the girls back home are having a heart-to-heart chat. Penny is told by Amy and Bernadette to inform her parents of her marriage. Penny is worried and thinks that they will not approve of her Las Vegas junket. Keith Carradine, who played the role of Penny's dad, will take up the role again in this episode.
Amy announces that she needs a makeover to tide over her breakup with Sheldon. A hilarious segment has Penny and Bernadette desperately trying to change Amy's clothes style, hair, shoes all at one go.
Going further into the season, Sheldon and Amy will deal with their break-up in their own style.
Mayim Bialik who plays the character of Amy told TV Line "Jim Parsons and I are still curious where it's going to go, [The writers are] really experimenting with what this is bringing up for Sheldon and what it means for him and how far he can be pushed emotionally." Sheldon is keeping the engagement ring and viewers will soon know how he is going to propose to Amy.
Sheldon is one persistent guy. Showrunner Steve Molarotold the Hollywood Reporter. "He's not good at leaving her alone. The one thing she asked for was a little bit of time to think and he's not going to give that to her." This is going to create more tension, but in a fun way down the season.
