Selena Gomez Talks Justin Bieber Breakup Stress

Selena Gomez, the 20-year-old singer and actress, is revealing that her breakup with 19-year-old Justin Bieber was a stressful experience.

After breaking their romantic union at the beginning of the year, Gomez sat down with radio host Ryan Seacrest to speak about how that affected her.

"I'm sure you could actually see those pictures of me being, like, way stressed out about it," she said during an E! special hosted by Seacrest. "And it's hard, because what do you do? Do you just wanna sit in your house and hide and not go anywhere?"

Gomez may be giving fans a glimpse of her former romantic relationship with Bieber in her new song "Love Will Remember." In the record that will appear on Gomez' upcoming album "Stars Dance," a voicemail is featured with a voice that sounds like Bieber.

"Hey babe, it's me. I just want to call and tell you that I love you so, so, so, so much. I just wanted to let you know that you are my princess," the male who sounds like Bieber says on the song with a piano backing. "You are worthy of all the love in the world. You are the love of my life."

However, the song seems to focus about how the good feelings in the voicemail are no more after a breakup.

"You said you loved me / I said I loved you back / What happened to that," Gomez sings on the record.

The singer spoke about the record during a Google Hangout interview, MTV reports.

"There are moments you want answers but you're glad you've experienced them," Gomez said of the song last month. "At the end of the day, love will remember."

Although the song leaked two weeks before its intended debut, Bieber and Gomez have been making headlines as people have been questioning if they are indeed back together when they were spotted together on July 4. However, Bieber let it be known that he is trying to work on a friendship with his ex-girlfriend.

"As long as people are kind to each other during a breakup, there is no reason they can't be friends," the singer told Us Weekly recently.

Gomez spoke about breaking up with Bieber last month.

"It's uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know. I don't like that," Gomez told In Style magazine last month. "But Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can't help who you date. So I wouldn't swear off that or say that's what I want again."
