'Sengoku Night Blood' Episode 5 Spoilers: Alliances Continue to Form as Tremendous Battle Looms

The search for the missing Himemiko continues to inadvertently form alliances within the Gegga Tribes on the Japanese romance-fantasy anime series, "Sengoku Night Blood." Will Yuzuki be able to find Himemiko before the tremendous battle that the Sengoku warlords seem to be preparing for finally breaks out?

The previous episode brought Yuzuki along with Kanbee and Hanbee to the Sanada Territory on a tip that a possible clue to Himemiko's current whereabouts may be there. But while on the way there, Yuzuki ended up catching a cold after walking through the rain, and was subsequently cared for by Sanada's people.

In the end, Yuzuki managed to win Yukimura Sanada's trust and protection. Could this mean that the Sanada Army, much like the Takeda Army, has also chosen to side with the Toyotomi and his vampire clan? And will this alliance be strong enough to match the gradually forming alliances on the other side of the battlefield, where Oda himself has begun gathering his people?

A tremendous battle is about to begin. The mysterious Himemiko is still nowhere to be found. And Yuzuki's special blood has already put a large target on her back. What unexpected twists and turns will the series be taking as the day to the biggest battle on Shinga nears?

Will they ever be able to find Himemiko? Nobuyuki Sanada told Yuzuki that they have information, but not enough to confirm just where Himemiko has disappeared to.

Could this so-called Himemiko have been a time-displaced girl much like Yuzuki? If so, does this mean that Yuzuki has now taken on the role of the new Himemiko without realizing it?
