'Sister Wives' Canceled? Brown Family Keeps Quiet as Fans, Kody Start to Worry
"Sister Wives" briefly went on air earlier in January, as TLC aired five episodes of their latest season run. Since the two-part "Tell All" episodes, though, fans have seen nothing from the show since.
Followers of the unconventional Brown family are now wondering if "Sister Wives" will ever get back on air or if TLC has already quietly decided to can their polygamy reality show. So far, both the network and the Brown family members themselves have kept silent in the middle of the ever-growing rumors of the show's cancellation.
As such, there's not much to go on to determine if "Sister Wives" is in danger of cancellation, according to In Touch Weekly. Earlier reports did reveal that Kody Brown, the husband figure for the polygamous show, was a bit nervous that the reality docuseries is about to be taken off the air.

The 48-year-old husband of four was actually considering taking on two more wives, perhaps to salvage the series, according to an earlier report by Life and Style Mag. "Kody is really, really sweating losing the show and he's doing everything he can to keep it," Kendra Pollard, who was referred to as a family friend, revealed late last year.
The network reportedly thinks that he may have already overstayed his welcome, though. "TLC knows he's not well-liked by viewers," an insider shared.
"Kody's done so many messed-up things that it serves him right to be pushed aside," the source added.
Kody Brown is legally married to 37-year-old Robyn while also living with 45-year-old Meri, 44-year-old Christie, and Janella, 47 years old. He also had children with his other wives.
It's an untenable situation for sure, and the women were reportedly about to draw the line. Upon learning of Kody's plan to get two more spouses, three of the ladies were reportedly ready to quit "Sister Wives."
So far, the Brown family has neither confirmed or denied these reports on social media or through a statement.
