'Sister Wives' Season 6 News, Spoilers: Maddie Rose Engaged; Confirms She and Boyfriend Caleb Won't Follow Her Father's Footsteps

Maddie Rose Brown, star of TLC's hit reality television series "Sister Wives," is now confirmed to be engaged to boyfriend Caleb Brush and plans to marry just each other.

The 19-year-old daughter of Kody Brown, the patriarch of the famous polygamist family, told People.com that both she and Caleb are "making plans for a wonderful outdoor wedding" which they wanted to take place in the country.

The 28-year-old technician reportedly asked for Kody's approval before he surprised Maddie with a blue diamond ring.

Maddie further shared to the publication the scenic marriage proposal which happened while they were on an ATV ride.

"It was cold and we were huddled in jackets and I thought he was crazy to stop," Maddie said (via People). "He said to come look over here. So I walked with him to the edge. He told me he could never express how much he loved me, but he wanted to spend his life trying, and went down in one knee and pulled out a box."

She responded to Caleb's proposal with a kiss as she told him "Yes, yes!"

Maddie is one of the six children of Kody and Janelle. The others are Savanah (10), Logan (21), Hunter (18), Garrison (16), and Gabriel (14). Her mother is, in turn, one of the four wives of Mr. Brown.

The clan is apparently famous for living a polygamistic lifestyle, as documented on the TLC hit series. However, the future Mr. and Mrs. Brush said that they won't be following Maddie's family set-up.

Caleb told People that he and his family "support Maddie's family with their choice of living plural marriage." He is also thankful for the support that the Browns gave them for their marriage. However, both he and Maddie will remain monogamous.

"Sister Wives" Season 6 airs Sundays, at 9 p.m., on TLC.
