'Sleepy Hollow' Season 4 Episode 11 Spoilers: Mysterious Woman Threatens Team Witness in 'The Way of the Gun'

With only three episodes left in its current season, the stakes are definitely about to get higher for FOX's supernatural drama series. In the next episode alone titled "The Way of the Gun," the appearance of an unknown woman threatens the safety of the vault, which has served as both their headquarters and safe haven since the beginning of this season.
The synopsis states that the mysterious woman will wander into the vault, putting Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) and his team in a tight spot as they struggle to figure out if she's an ally or a foe.

The official trailer gives the team just cause to doubt the woman's intentions after she gets caught in one of the surveillance cameras trying to make off with one of the ancient tomes in the vault. But it seems that her theft may have been a blessing in disguise since while in pursuit of her, Alex Norwood (Rachel Melvin) and Jake Wells (Jerry MacKinnon) will stumble upon the four coffins wherein which lie the four willing and not-so-willing hosts of the four horsemen.
Will this discovery give Team Witness an advantage over Dreyfuss? Or will this turn out to be part of the villainous immortal's plans to incapacitate Ichabod's team?
The episode will also bring to light Alex's complicated feelings when she suddenly finds herself in a precarious situation. Will she be forced to finally admit her feelings for her best buddy and partner in crime, Jake, which has been hinted at throughout the season?
A game-changing connection is about to be uncovered that could potentially test the very limits of the team's resilience. What could this connection be, and how will this play into the impending conclusion of the current season?
