'Sons of Anarchy' Season 7: Jax Bent on Revenge, Famous Guest Stars to Appear (VIDEO)
The seventh and final season of "Sons of Anarchy" is set to premiere this month, and if the new trailer is any indication of how things will progress in the upcoming season, then expect a bloody outcome for those who need to suffer the repercussions of their actions.
Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) is out to avenge the murder of the love of his life, and in the new trailer entitled "Bad Place," he admits that he has been dangerous and selfish. And after losing the woman he loves, he vows that he will not lose his club.
"Charming's a bad place," says a police officer in the video.
A lot of gunfire and mayhem are seen in the trailer, and it's possible that a lot of the characters won't make it out alive.
Later on, Jax's son Abel is seen asking Gemma (Katey Segal), Jax's mom, if his daddy does bad things. She says that Jax is a good man, though it remains to be seen if she'll think the same way once Jax gets wind of the fact that she's the one who killed his beloved Tara. Will Jax's quest for revenge drive him to kill his own mother?
The final seconds of the trailer sees Jax shirtless and not holding back as he kills someone in close range.
In other news, the seventh season of the show will feature a slew of famous guest stars, starting with "Glee" actress Lea Michele. In an interview with TVLine, executive producer Kurt Sutter praised Michele's performance as a waitress and a single mom.
"She completely went there," raves Sutter. "Not a stitch of makeup. She's just a frumpy waitress. She really got it and embraced what the show was. I'm thrilled."
Michele joins other guest stars such as Courtney Love, who will be playing the role of Abel's preschool teacher. According to Hollywoodlife, she will make her debut on the fourth episode of season 7. "Justified" star Walter Goggins, "Pretty Little Liars" actress Annabeth Gish, Marilyn Manson, and Malcolm-Jamal Warner will also have guest spots on the show.
"Sons of Anarchy" Season 7 will premiere on FX on Sept. 9.
