'South Park' Season 19 Episode 1 recap: Kyle admits Caityln Jenner is a hero

The adult animated sitcom "South Park" is back and as always, it holds no bars when it comes to its storylines. The show debuted its first episode for Season 19 last Wednesday and it was all about Bruce turned Caitlyn Jenner and a dash of Tom Brady. Titled "Stunning and Brave," the animated series remains to be the controversial show it has always been, showing its dirty, politically incorrect ways.

In a recap by TV Line, Kyle got into trouble after saying to a fourth-grader, "I don't think Caitlyn Jenner is a hero." PC Principal, who replaced Principal Victoria and is on the mission of watching the language of everyone around him, heard Kyle voice his opinion, thus Kyle was immediately punished with two weeks' worth of detention. According to Entertainment Weekly, PC Principal was angry and probably for a good reason. But the thing is, he doesn't know why Kyle said it and only assumed that it has something to do with Jenner having transitioned. It looks like he believes that Jenner was being brave and not a single word against her should be said, whether during her life spent as Bruce or as Caitlyn.

Because of PC Principal's policing over the South Park kids, Cartman thought of fighting back just like his true hero Tom Brady, who can be remembered as someone who chose to "deny and subvert" the NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after giving him a four-game suspension for allegedly using underinflated footballs during the AFC Championship game. Cartman tried to frame the principal by soaking Butters' underwear in his urine. But that didn't really stop PC Principal and he retaliated by beating Cartman to a pulp.

Eventually, Kyle admitted due to pressure that Caitlyn was a hero and also added that "she is absolutely stunning." This showed how sometimes people will have to say something they don't even believe in just because the dominating group is pushing stronger, similar to how Kyle wasn't given an opportunity to explain his opinion.

More of the adventures of the foul-mouthed gang when episode two of "South Park" season 19 returns.
