Tom Holland will be initially be inducted into the MCU via "Captain America: Civil War" in May next year, whether by cameo or via a mid-credits scene at the end of the movie. In a rumored plotline, Peter Parker is looking to gain membership into the prestigious ranks of the Avengers but being underage and inexperienced, Captain America turns him down.

However, Tony Stark being Tony Stark, the eccentric billionaire may have decided to turn the tables on straight-laced Steve Rogers by presenting the Avengers-wannabe with a special re-engineered suit of his own.

When Peter Parker sets out after villains in his own solo movie by 2017, he will be donning what is reportedly going to be called the "Iron Spider" suit, which, if Marvel Studios will be running true to the comic book version, will be a Stark-rendered costume gifted to Parker during the events of "Civil War."

Another rumor mentions Parker won't end up wearing the "Iron Spider" suit after all but will gladly accept a pair of new mechanical web shooters from Tony Stark who, in the course of the Avengers movies, has been responsible for most of its members' suit and weapon upgrades.

The new "Spider-Man" reboot, to be directed by "Cop Car" helmsman Jon Watts, is due to hit theaters by July 28, 2017.
