St Louis Rams vs San Francisco 49ers Live Stream Free: Watch NFL 2013 Football Online (Fox TV Schedule, Start Time)
The St Louis Rams will go on the road to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in Week 13 of the NFL 2013 regular season, with the 49ers desperate to gain a win that can help them keep control of second position in the NFC West. The 49ers are looking unsteady for a Wild Card playoff spot right now, and they will know they have to finish the season well if they are to make the postseason. The game today will start at 4.05 p.m. ET and can be watched online through free live stream (details below).
This all-NFC West clash will see the 7-4 49ers face off against the 5-6 Rams. In recent weeks the Arizona Cardinals have gone on a fantastic run of form, which sees them tied with the 49ers on 7-4 coming into this week. Any slip ups from the 49ers now could see the Cardinals snatch second place in the NFC West from them and could destroy San Francisco's dreams of the playoffs.
That would be a massive shock in the NFL this season, but the 49ers would have no one else but themselves to blame if that did happen. They have lost two of their last three games to coincide with the Cardinals' surge, and that has seen them lose ground with the division topping Seattle Seahawks and be caught by the Cardinals.
In Week 10 the 49ers lost 9-10 against the Carolina Panthers, and in Week 11 they fell 20-23 to the New Orleans Saints. They managed to snap that losing streak last week with a 27-6 win over the struggling Washington Redskins, and they will hope to get back to back wins today for the first time since October.
The 49ers are ranked bottom in the NFL on pass offense, claiming only 173.5 yards per game in the air. They have relied heavily on the rush, where they are ranked 4th in the league with 135.1 yards per game on the ground.
Colin Kaepernick is 156 of 275 for 2,037 yards and 14 touchdowns, and Frank Gore has been his battering ram to smash holes through opposition offenses. Gore has gone 779 yards on 188 carries for an average of 4.1 yards per carry and 7 touchdowns.
Meanwhile, the Rams come into this game on 5-6, and in some good form. Last week they were hugely impressive with a big 42-21 win over the Chicago Bears, and they will hope to put on a similar display today to claim another big win.
