Star of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' NeNe Leakes Happy To Be Leaving the Series

The upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is expected to see a drastic change.

It has been confirmed that the Queen Bee, also known as NeNe Leakes, will not be returning to the new season of the series. With that, fans have been upset with the news, explaining that they do not have any desire in watching the new season if the Queen Bee will not be there.

While some fans continue to hope for her return, it was confirmed that she will not be in the new season. It was said by even Leakes herself that she finds herself much happier now that she is no longer involved with the other housewives, as well as the show.

She explained, "I feel like I'm happier. When you work in a lot of negativity, it becomes a part of who you are and I feel like I'm getting back to me, myself and I. It's happy and free. It's been a refreshing time away from the girls."

Leakes also shared that she is happy to be part of the Bravo family. It was said that she has a flourishing relationship with Andy Cohen, as well as the other members of Bravo. She said, "I'm a part of the Bravo family. I love Bravo, they love me — I have a great relationship with Andy Cohen. Everybody over there loves me. We all have a good relationship. I started the show and I'd go back whenever I felt like going back. I just don't ever want to say never."

Meanwhile, it was reported that Leakes will be working on a new show with Betty White called "To Tell The Truth." She expressed her excitement for the show, revealing that it will be airing sometime next year. She said she will be included in the panel with Betty White and Jalen Rose. The show will be hosted by Anthony Anderson.
