'Star Wars Battlefront 2' Rumors: First Trailer for Sequel Could Already Be in the Works

"Star Wars Battlefront 2" is expected to be one of the major video game releases of this year, and it may not take that much longer before developers showcase this title.
Over on Twitter, senior video and media director at EA DICE Randy Evans talked about working on a "very big upcoming trailer."
The folks over at EA DICE are the ones expected to be working on the sequel, so some fans who commented on the tweet made that connection quickly. Evans also offered another clue hinting at what the trailer would be for, as a reference to "the ways of the force" is also mentioned.

The tweet seems to be a pretty solid clue that a trailer for the sequel is already being put together, but even if it may be in development right now, there's no guarantee that fans will see it within the next few weeks.
As iDigitalTimes pointed out in a recent report, there may not be enough time remaining for the developers to get this trailer out in time for the "Star Wars Celebration" event that will take place in April, but the Electronic Entertainment Expo could still be a possibility.
While the first trailer for "Star Wars Battlefront 2" may not be ready just yet, there are still some interesting details about the sequel that have already been revealed previously.
Speaking during an investor call held late last year, EA's Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen talked briefly about the game, sharing that it will be "much bigger" and "more exciting," GamesRadar reported.
Jorgensen added that the developers have also acknowledged the criticism that the 2015 edition of "Star Wars Battlefront" received and that they are seeking to address those issues that have already been pointed out by the fans in the sequel.
