'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Character News: Who Is Kylo Ren's Parents?

With the release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" soon approaching, new details and teasers about the film have been released.

It was reported that the official poster of the upcoming "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" movie was already released. It featured many of the characters, as well as a large globe in the background.

According to Screencrush, the official trailer of the movie is expected to release today, Oct. 19. As if that was not enough, fans will also be able to purchase tickets for the movie half an hour after the trailer's release. It was revealed that tickets will be available at most ticketing sites and theaters.

There are also reports that said the movie is expected to be the third longest "Star Wars" film. The film is expected to run for 136 minutes. The first longest "Star Wars" film was reported to be the "Attack of the Clones," which runs for 142 minutes.

It was revealed in a Reddit post, from the account TFApprentice, the film could explore major questions such as Rey, played by Daisy Ridley, and his relation with Luke Skywalker. It was stated that while Rey is not a member of the Skywalker group, she will be an apprentice chosen by the Jedi Master.

Meanwhile, details of another character were revealed. It was stated that Kylo Ren, played by Adam Driver, will root a lot of his motivation from Luke and Rey's relationship. It was posted that Kylo Ren actually has a blood relation to Luke, as he is the son of Han and Leia. There are speculations that Luke had sensed the Dark Side in Kylo Ren ever since he was a child. Because of that, Luke decided not to train him.

"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" will premiere in theaters on Dec. 18.
