'Street Fighter V' Rumors: Season 3 Will Feature Entirely New and Legacy Characters, Hints Data-Miner
Four legacy characters and two new fighters will reportedly be added over the course of Season 3
Now that the final Season 2 character coming to "Street Fighter V" - Zeku - has been revealed, some fans are now turning their attention to Season 3.
At this point, developers have yet to lay out which characters may be added to the fighting game in the third season. However, rumors are already pointing to some potentially interesting revelations coming in the future.
Spotted recently by EventHubs, the prolific and well-known data-miner known as "X-Kira" was at it again, sharing some new findings over on Twitter.

According to "X-Kira," Season 3 may bring a total of six additional fighters to the game.
The data-miner noted that two new characters are coming to the game. The remaining four slots are apparently reserved for legacy characters, otherwise known as fighters who have been featured previously in the series.
"X-Kira" did not name which characters would occupy those slots, though earlier rumors have hinted at the possibilities.
As EventHubs noted, an individual known only as "Flowtron" predicted earlier this year that Season 3 of "Street Fighter V" will feature both Sagat and Sakura, though they may be depicted differently this time around.
"Flowtron" issued remarkably accurate predictions regarding the Season 2 characters. This anonymous prognosticator possesses quite the impressive track record, so keeping those Sagat and Sakura predictions in mind may be worth doing for players.
While fans wait to hear more about Season 3, they can still go ahead and check out Zeku as soon as he is released for the game on Oct. 24.
An "Arcade Edition" of the game will be released on Jan. 16. A feature-filled update containing Arcade Mode and several other additions will also be made available to players who already have the game.
