Based on the story so far, there are a number of people who hold a grudge against the lawyer poseur with an eidetic memory. One of these is former partner and firm founder, Daniel Hardman (David Costabile), who may want to get back at Harvey after he threatened to reveal Hardman's affair to his cancer-stricken wife if he didn't walk away from the firm.

It is also speculated that Hardman is all set to make his comeback now that Mike is in jail and Harvey has turned in his resignation.

Logan Sanders (Brendan Hines) is another suspect. As Rachel's (Meghan Markle) ex-boyfriend, he has every reason to want Mike to suffer after the latter got in with Rachel and announced their engagement.

Mike's ex-girlfriend, Claire (Troian Bellisario) is person with a motive. Having long hidden Mike's secret from the world, she is ridden with a guilty conscience and may consider turning him in to expose the truth.

Rachel's mother and Trevor's wife also make the list, if only for turning Mike in to clear their consciences, as well.

Episode 11 is likely to open with a bleak future ahead of Mike, with his career in ruins and his impending wedding to Rachel slowly circling the drain.

Season 5B Episode 11, entitled "Blowback,' will premiere on the USA Network in January 2016.
