'Suits' Season 5 Plot News: Rachel's Parents Responsible for Arrest?
While fans await the return of "Suits" season 5, recent news revealed spoilers for the episodes to come.
The previous half of the season left off with Mike, played by Patrick J. Adams, being arrested. However, the person who told on him is still unknown. With that, fans have been waiting to find out who was responsible for the arrest.
It was reported by TV Guide that Aaron Korsh, the showrunner of "Suits," explained details on Mike's arrest. Previously, Korsh was hesitant to comment about the situation. However, after he was asked by many people, he decided to share some details. He explained that fans will get to find out the answer to their questions in the second half of the season.
However, it will not be tackled in the premiere of the second half. Viewers will have to wait a bit longer. Korsh did not even give a hint on who the person could be. He said, "It could have been any one of them. Or, it could have been someone who found out who hadn't known before. It could have been a friend, foe, a neutral party or someone who has never even met Mike."
Speculations have been made regarding the matter. There was a theory that Rachel's parents were the ones responsible for the arrest. Korsh addressed the rumor and explained that if it were true, Mike and Rachel's relationship will be going through some challenges.
Moreover, the upcoming season is expected to delve deeper into the relationship of Harvey, played by Gabriel Macht, and Donna, played by Sarah Rafferty. Since the first half of season 5 saw the two of them separated, fans have been wondering how their relationship will play out in the upcoming episodes. Korsh explained that fans will definitely learn more about their relationship.
"Suits" season 5 will return this January 2016.
