'Suits' season 5B spoilers: What will happen to Mike?
The mid-season finale of the smash series "Suits" ended with a shocking jaw-dropping twist as Mike was suddenly arrested by the FBI when he was about to leave the firm for good with Rachel. The question that is playing on everyone's mind is: Who told the authorities about Mike's secret and what will happen to Mike? Will Harvey return?
In the upcoming second half of the season, the opening episode will be entitled "Blowback." Creator Aaron Korsh spoke about the course change of the show. He said that the show will continue to focus on Mike. When the show returns, there will be no time jump. Regarding the marriage of Mike and Rachel, he said it definitely will not be the same.
When the show returns, fans will get to find out who betrayed Mike. There are many possible people who could have betrayed Mike and exposed his secret. First on the list is Father Sam Walker. Mike had just confessed to the priest who he considers a father figure. Next is Jenny Griffith, the wife of Trevor, who also happens to be Mike's ex-girlfriend. It could also be Rachel's parents, Laura and Robert. Rachel's father could have done a background check on Mike. Daniel Hardman is also another suspicious character. It is entirely possible that Hardman has nothing on Jack Soloff but discovered Mike's secret, which is what he is holding over Jack. Lastly, Lola, the biologist who hacked into Harvard's alumni records and gave Mike his legitimate diploma, could have been forced to rat on Mike.

Meanwhile, Donna, who was dating someone new during the season, might still be dating the same guy that she mentioned during her dinner with Harvey. However, fans might not get to see the guy just yet as the remainder of the season will focus on Mike and his arrest.
Harvey, who had just resigned at the end of the mid-season finale, might return in order to help Mike. He might get a new love interest said series creator Korsh. Korsh added that Harvey will go into a crisis mode in the wake of Mike's arrest.
There is no word on when the season will return but is likely to return some time next year.
