'Suits' Season 6 Episode 16 Spoilers: Season Finale Sees Anita Gibbs Getting in the Way of Mike's Dream
"Suits" season 6 is about to come to an end as the upcoming final episode is set to air on Wednesday, March 1. Titled "Character and Fitness," the season 6 finale will see the return of Anita Gibbs (Leslie Hope) as she gets in the way of Mike's (Patrick J. Adams) road to becoming a lawyer.
The official synopsis for the next episode states that Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) will both pitch in to help Mike achieve his dream of becoming a real lawyer, but the task may be too difficult to accomplish. Meanwhile, fresh off a new deal with an investor, Donna (Sarah Rafferty) deals with her new business venture, but she will also come across a block in the road. Finally, Louis (Rick Hoffman) attempts to make up with Tara (Carly Pope) after last week's mess of a confession.
A teaser trailer for the upcoming episode has also been released. It starts out with Harvey confronting Craig (Michael B. Silver) about a problem with their plan to have Mike pass the bar exam.
"The prosecutor that put Mike in prison just got herself put on that panel," Harvey says angrily.
Harvey and Mike's situation is tough enough. After everything they went through to greenlight the bar exam, they are faced with another impossible challenge. The next scene sees Anita standing her ground on the issue of Mike's legal career, saying she will never vote him in. Rachel suggests looking for a way to remove Anita from the panel, but it is clear that it is not going to be that easy.
"She's not going to stop until she gets both of us," Mike tells a distraught Harvey as Louis stands behind him.
Harvey will not give up on Mike, though. He is seen meeting with Anita about the issue, but the latter offers him a proposition. "This is your chance to put your money where your mouth is," she says. "You for him."
The season 6 finale of "Suits" will air on Wednesday, March 1, at 10 p.m. EST on the USA Network.
