'Supergirl' Season 1 Episode 19 Spoilers: National City Falls Under Mind Control By Non And Indigo

The previous episode of CBS' hit superhero drama TV series "Supergirl" Season 1 ended with a cliffhanger where the entire population of National City becomes mind-controlled and went to the streets as if they're going off somewhere.

Viewers don't need to figure out what exactly happened as it was later on revealed that the domination was done by none other than Non and Indigo. The two said that taking over the city is just the beginning of their plan. Soon, the whole world will be under their control.

The next episode titled "Myriad" will tell exactly how the titular hero will manage this large-scale crisis. While before she has James Olsen, Alex, Winn and more of her friends, to back her up, she now only has herself to take on the problem.

"Kara must find a way to free her friends when Non and Indigo use mind control to turn National City's citizens into their own army," the synopsis for the episode reads, according to The Futon Critic.

To make up with the short episode description, the network released a promo video showing some of the intense scenes that are to be expected to occur in the hour.

In the clip, it is found out that besides Kara Zor-El, Cat Grant is also not affected with the mind control. It would be interesting to know the reason behind the woman's immunity from such manipulation. Regardless of which, it appears that the media mogul will be there to give the heroine some pep talks when everything around her is already falling out of place.

Speaking of falling, the video also teased that Supergirl will be having a hard time whooping from here to there when the people begin to jump over the ledge of tall buildings. One of those who will dive to their death is James Olsen. Will Kara be there in time to swoop James from utter danger?

"Supergirl" Season 1 "Myriad" premieres this Monday, Apr. 11 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
