'Supergirl' Season 1 Episode 5 Spoilers: Kara Faces A Dilemma; CBS Show's Normal Schedule Resumes
The hit superhero drama TV series from CBS, "Supergirl," will be returning with the episode that should have been aired last week. The network previously announced that it will be replacing the originally-scheduled episode with a segment that was to be aired for Thanksgiving for reasons that the original episode somehow mirrored the recent terror attacks in Paris, France, which left close to a hundred and thirty people dead. The switching of episodes was also done by "NCIS: Los Angeles."
This week, the show will feature the fifth installment of the show. The episode is titled "How Does She Do It?" According to the synopsis provided over at The Futon Critic, Kara will be torn in doing two jobs. The first would call on her personal assistant-alter ego when she gets tasked to babysit Cat's son, Carter. The other, non-human, side of her prompts her to save National City from a series of bombings.
In the promo video for the episode shared over at LatinPost.com, it appears that Kara will get to find out that there's someone who has a crush on Supergirl.
"Oh you like Supergirl?" the bespectacled secretary asked the kid in the clip.
The youngster replied with what appears to be utter admiration for the female Kryptonian.
"Last week she stopped Reactron. Superman never did that. And earlier she caught an entire building, and she can shoot lasers out of her eyes," he said in the video.
Winn tries to dive into the conversation and revealed to Carter that he does know who Supergirl is. But Kara is quick to stop her colleague, who takes back what he says and explains to Carter that it isn't the case at all.
In another development, the TFC summary indicates that Lucy Lane's presence in town gives James a hard time. In fact, she might be making some big decisions in this episode as it is said that Lucy will try to rekindle their relationship.
Find out how these events unfold when "Supergirl" flies to the airwaves this Monday, Nov. 23, at 8 p.m. on CBS.
