'Supernatural' Season 12 Episode 16 Spoilers: A Werewolf Hunt Goes Sideways in 'Ladies Drink Free'

Heaven has a proposition for its wayward angel, Castiel (Misha Collins), Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard) now has Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) literally writhing at the palm of his hands, and the Winchesters have finally agreed to work with the British Men of Letters. The current landscape seems to be changing and could also be posing an unforeseen threat to pre-established alliances in the next episodes of "Supernatural."

Of course, Lucifer's Baby Mama is still in the wind, which may well be the line that eventually tests and divides everyone's loyalties. Who will end up being pro, and who will stand against keeping the devil's spawn alive? Will the Winchester's humanity get in the way of killing a seemingly innocent child for the sake of the greater good? And will this put them at odds with the majority, like they always seem to be when the survival of the entire world is on the line?

Unfortunately, the major storyline will have to wait as "Supernatural" brings a familiar face back when it returns after its spring hiatus.

Titled "Ladies Drink Free," the upcoming episode will send Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) on the hunt for a werewolf with an unlikely third wheel in tow. Mick (Adam Fergus) of the British Men of Letters, hopes to have a taste of the American way of hunting, and maybe teach the boys a thing or two of the British way, and will thus ask the brothers if he can tag along.

But he will be the least of the brothers' problems when Claire (Kathryn Love), a budding hunter who also happens to be the daughter of Castiel's vessel, gets bitten by the werewolf they have been hunting.

What Dean initially thought would be nothing but a milk run turns into a hunt with potentially grave consequences that they will have to answer for once Castiel gets wind of it. Will Mick prove himself a liability or an asset in this crucial situation? Will he be able to help the Winchesters find a cure for Claire before she turns, and thus gains the brothers' favor?

"Supernatural" returns on Thursday, March 30 at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
