'Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance' Plot News: A Third Tribe!

An exciting twist has made its way to the current season of "Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance."

The previous episodes of the series had the contestants split into two tribes: Ta Keo and Bayon. However, the third episode of the series introduced a rare twist.

It was reported that the contestants will now be split into three tribes. This is a surprise to fans of the series since the past 30 seasons of the series had mostly two tribes. The new change will most likely break the alliances that were already formed. In addition, new ones will most likely come to be.

Currently, the season has already voted off two contestants, which only left the group with 18 castaways. This makes it so that there are six contestants per tribe. The new tribe is called Angkor, which will include Abi-Maria Gomes, Jeff Varner, Peih-Gee Law, Tasha Fox, Andrew Savage, and Woo Hwang. Those in the Bayon tribe are Jeremy Collins, Kelly Wiglesworth, Spencer Bledsoe, Kimmi Kappenberg, Stephen Fishbach, and Monica Padilla. As for the Ta Keo tribe, the contestants are Ciera Eastin, Joe Anglim, Kass McQuillen, Keith Nale, Kelley Wentworth, and Terry Deitz.

The host of the series, Probst, had expressed his excitement for the change. He explained how with every season of "Survivor" there is always something different that comes to play. He also recently shared behind-the-scenes photo of the series.

He explained, "I liked this shot because it reminds you that the Survivors dictate the show and the story. If they want to sit they sit, if they want to walk they walk. Our crew goes wherever they go and our crew will sit with them for as long as it takes. Rain storms, intense heat, leeches, it doesn't matter. It's their journey and we are there to document it."
