Taylor Swift Meets Her Australian Look-Alike

In what could be one of the most exciting days in a Swiftie's life, Taylor Swift gave 19-year-old Olivia Sturgiss the once-in-a-lifetime chance to spend time with her as part of the Loft 89 meet-and-greet tour.

What made the experience much more amazing is the fact that Sturgiss has a striking resemblance with the "Bad Blood" singer. However, Sturgiss told The Daily Mail Australia that all the similarities she shares with Swift are purely coincidental.

"The clothing and stuff — we've actually got pretty similar taste. I don't really consciously dress like her," the Target retail assistant from New South Wales, Australia said.

The two finally met on Friday night in Melbourne and Sturgiss got her "Charlie's Angels" inspired moment with the award-winning singer.

Sturgiss has often times received a lot of attention since she sports outfits similar to her idol and is often spotted with the singer's signature lipstick tints. She even had her hair cut to the same crop as Swift's, making her look like the singer's twin.

There other things that differentiate her from Swift including height, eyes, and lips, but she said even without makeup, she still gets mistaken as the popular singer. Also, she has become more popular after Swifties noticed her similarities with the 25-year-old sensation.

According to the outlet, Sturgiss has been to five of Swift's concerts and identifies with the millions of fans around the globe who have been loyal to the singer's tours and albums.

Kristy Lee, Sturgiss' friend who also got to meet Swift backstage on Friday, said the singer already noticed her friend through Tumblr. Sturgiss posted a photo of her and her mother who died in October from uterine cancer. Sturgiss' post most probably took Swift's attention since her mother is also battling with cancer and the intimate bond the two girls share only made their meeting much more special.

Sturgiss said she is honored to be a Grammy awardee's look-alike and honored to have met the person who is inspiring lots of teens like her and youth all around the world to stay strong and be amazing.
