Taylor Swift News: Apple Music Users Complained About Issues with Streaming Taylor Swift's World Tour Documentary
Apple Music has the exclusive right to stream Taylor Swift's new documentary about her "1989 World Tour," but the premiere did not go smoothly. A lot of Apple Music users complained about encountering several issues with streaming the documentary, and fans were definitely not happy about it.
According to The Verge, some Apple Music subscribers reported that they were not able to watch the show properly, since the "1989 World Tour Live" would either crash, won't load, and some can't even find the said documentary on Apple Music, when it premiered last Sunday, Dec. 20. Some also complained that the video won't start, and the streaming constantly would drop every now and then.
The website also said that while the reports about the issues regarding Taylor Swift's new documentary came pouring in, Apple's support team was able to entertain them on Twitter. It was reported that most of the issues were quickly resolved after a few hours, but it already made some of Taylor's fans unhappy, with some wishing they could have just bought a physical copy of the documentary.
In other news, Taylor may have found another fan added on the list of her million followers, and it is no other than Adele. During her interview with Time Magazine, Adele said she admires Taylor, and her decision to remove her music from Spotify. "I love her — how powerful she is. We'll get lumped together now because of it, but I think we would both feel the ability to say yes or no to things even if we weren't successful," the "Hello" singer said.
Taylor made the decision to remove herself from Spotify last year, and according to the Business Insider, it is because she thinks that Spotify does not "value" her correctly. "I didn't like the way it felt. I think there should be an inherent value placed on art," she said.
