'Teen Mom 2' Season 7 News: Reality TV Series Premiering March 21

MTV's hit reality TV series "Teen Mom 2" is officially confirmed to come back for its seventh season on March 21. The series is bringing back all of the original moms in the series, namely Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska, according to a report in International Business Times.

Earlier reports have claimed that one of the moms, Leah Messer, may not be coming back for the show's upcoming season but according to another report in the Ashley's Reality Roundup, Messer is definitely reprising her role in the show as she is busy shooting for the show's episodes.

Outside of the show, Messer has been reported as struggling through a custody battle for her twin girls, with her ex-husband Corey Simms. Both girls have been featured in the previous season, as their parents were trying to work out a coparenting arrangement but were constantly in conflict. In October 2015, Messer lost primary custody of the twins after her ex-husband told the judge that she was not taking the girls to school on time. These allegations were proven false and in January 2016, Messer regained joint custody of her girls.

According to the report, MTV cameras were spotted outside the courtroom when Messer's legal case was ongoing and it is likely that their custody drama will be featured in Season 7.

As for the other teen moms, the coming season will have them dealing with their own set of issues. Kailyn Lowry will be adjusting to her husband's absence after he gets deployed, while Chelsea Houska will hopefully be having a happier season as she recently accepted boyfriend Cole DeBoer's marriage proposal late last year. Jenelle Evans, on the other hand, will still be at odds with her mom, especially since her custody battle for her son Jace is still ongoing. Her new boyfriend, David Eason, will also be shown in the coming season and it will be interesting to see how he fits into Jenelle's complicated life.

According to the IBT report, Jenelle has been tweeting about the new season, saying that the viewers will see how happy she is.

"Teen Mom 2" Season 7 premieres on March 21, Monday on MTV.
