"Teen Mom 2" Update and News: Jenelle Tries to Patch Up with Nathan, Corey Does Not Trust Leah's Mom With Twin Daughters
In a recent sneak peek of the reality television series "Teen Mom 2," the drama continues now just between the women and their ex-boyfriends, but also between their exes and their mothers. According to a recent update on Latin Post, Leah Messer's mother had a tense moment with Corey Simms, Leah's ex and father of twins Alliannah and Aleeah Simms.
Leah had recently left Corey after she went into a rehab facility and left the care of their daughters to Corey. In the scene, Messer's mother was talking to Corey about when she was going to pick up her granddaughters from their house. She also told Corey of her plans to bring the twins to visit their mom during Mother's Day, which did not go very well with Corey. He then asks Messer's mom where she was taking the girls, to which she replies, "I'd really rather not disclose that, Corey." Apparently, this was not an acceptable answer for him, because he then said, ""I really don't want my kids going somewhere I don't know where they are."
With Messer's mom trying to reason her way out of the conversation, Corey answers by saying that it was Leah who had left her kids to go into rehab and since it was her choice, he was left to be the parent for the twins, which for him meant that he was the only one making decisions about their welfare. The scene ends with grandma not looking very pleased. The next episode will be bringing with it the continuing drama between her and Corey.
Another video clip showed Jenelle Evans talking to her ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith on the phone. She is asking Griffith to pick up the bill for a week of daycare for their son. The conversation quickly turns from daycare to one about their relationship. Evans told Griffith that she wants to get back together and that she was so affected by the fact that Griffith had already found a new woman in his life. Evans had earlier been arrested for assaulting Griffith's new girlfriend.
To this, Griffith responded by saying that when they were together, he had long-term plans for both of them, but he eventually found out that they were not meant for each other. He was quoted in the video saying, ""We were killing each other -- literally killing each other."
All of this and more are expected to happen in the series' next episode to be aired September 3.
