'Teen Mom' Dad Adam Lind Expecting New Baby

"Teen Mom" star Adam Lind, who is the father of Chelsea Houska's daughter Aubree, is expecting a new child with girlfriend Taylor Halbur. Lind and Houska are no longer in a relationship and have very little to do with one another outside of dealing with their daughter.

Lind is also working with a lawyer to deal with legal issues stemming from his latest drunk driving charge. It was Lind's third DUI in one year, and Lind was sentenced to 180 days in jail on March 27. Lind's lawyer maintained that his client is struggling and working hard to keep up with Aubree and his new child.

"He has a 3-year-old daughter. He has a child support obligations for her. He is caught up, so I think that is to his credit," public defender Daniel Haggar said during the trial. "We see a lot of people who don't take that responsibility seriously. He has and he does. He intends on keeping that current. He also has another child on the way in August, so he is feeling pressure on both sides and I think that it is adding up."

Lind was a regular on MTV's "Teen Mom" series; he and Houska had a tumultuous relationship. They often fought and Houska had issues separating from Lind, who was eager to move on. During the final season, she finally concentrated on her studies and moved on with her own life.

"We are trying to better our relationship and work on our own faults within the relationship," new girlfriend Halbur told Gather.com. "He is trying very hard to be the best he can be and is doing all he can to make sure we do not falter. He has told me plenty of times that he wants to do things right this time."

"The pregnancy is going very well," Halbur added. "Adam and I are both very excited about it and couldn't be happier."

"I got all those DUIs after I turned 21," Lind said at the sentencing. "I thought I could drive and get away with it. I just kept doing it. Now I realize I can't do it anymore. It's got to stop."
