'Teen Mom OG' Star Farrah Abraham Threatens to Sue CamSoda For Breach of Contract

"Teen Mom OG" star Farrah Abraham is suing CamSoda for refusing to give her part of her paycheck.

According to RadarOnline, Abraham's legal team sent porn site CamSoda a letter demanding they pay her the $5,000 she is owed for an appearance she made.

"Ms. Abraham was to be paid a total of ten thousand dollars; half due within two business days of signing the Agreement, and the remainder due following the completion of the Session. Ms. Abraham fulfilled her obligations under the contract, but despite this, CamSoda is willfully withholding the remaining $5,000 due under the Agreement, thereby constituting a material breach of contract," the letter reads.

The letter went on to point out that the reality star did not go against her agreement with the porn site, as there was nothing in the contract that required her to take her clothes off.

"[Abraham] did not disrobe during the session; and allegedly disparaged CamSoda on social media. With respect to not disrobing, there is no requirement under the Agreement for Ms. Abraham to disrobe or be fully nude," the letter continued.

Abraham's legal team made it clear with the letter that the star will be filing a lawsuit against CamSoda if the company does not pay her the $5,000. The lawsuit will seek more than $75,000 in damages and fees. However, should CamSoda give her the rest of the payment, they will not be going through with the lawsuit.

This is only the latest development in Abraham's life that has caught media attention. The "Teen Mom OG" star took fans by surprise when she revealed on Instagram that she had attended her mother Debra Danielsen's wedding to Dr. David Merz. Fans know that Abraham has not exactly had a smooth relationship with her mother, so it was definitely shocking when she chose to make an appearance during Danielsen's special day.
