'Tekken 7' News: Storyline Details for Devil Jin, Hwoarang and Other Franchise Icons Revealed
Home version of 'Tekken 7' officially set to be released on June 2
"Tekken 7" may be mainly about giving fans action-packed battles, but for those who will take the time to also learn more about the characters, they will find out that these fighters have some interesting reasons for why they have chosen to do what they do.
Pointed out by a recent report from SegmentNext, Twitter user "@Yellow_Motion" has provided translations of previously revealed storyline details pertaining to some of the game's characters.
Beginning with Devil Jin, he is apparently still as destructive as ever in the new fighting game, as even world-class soldiers have been unable to keep him in check.
One man who may still continually attempt to bring down Jin even in his powerful Devil form could be Hwoarang. Hwoarang is determined to locate and once again face off against his bitter rival, and whether he will get this opportunity once again is something players will have to find out for themselves.
Another familiar face coming back in "Tekken 7" is Marshall Law, and this time around, he is motivated by his search to find someone who can serve as a good teacher for his students.
The always destructive Bryan Fury is also back for another go-around in the upcoming fighting game, and just like in previous installments of the series, he is again focused on causing as much chaos as possible, though it seems that he has spotted someone in particular that he feels is deserving of his rage.
Having dedicated his life to fighting and getting better at it, Feng Wei is not straying from that approach, and players will soon be able to see just how much he has grown as a martial artist.
Bob's reason for fighting is not quite as clear, but it appears as though some kind of accident may have inconvenienced him.
Fighting game fans can learn more about the motivations driving the other "Tekken 7" characters as soon as the game is officially released for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 2.
