The Evolution Fighting Championships 2016 or EVO 2016 hosted by Bandai Namco for their "Tekken 7" game took place in Las Vegas this weekend. Tekken director Katsuhiro Harada also made the announcement on that day to reveal two new fighters who will join the "Tekken 7" roster: Bob and Master Raven, PC Gamer noted.

"Tekken 7" Returnee Bob

Bob was first revealed in "Tekken 6" but has appeared in other Tekken titles including "Tekken Tag Tournament 2" and "Street Fighter x Tekken." Bob or Robert Richards is a Freestyle Karate specialist and he will be returning again in "Tekken 7." He is incredibly strong, fast and has a wide range of moves. According to Rock Paper Shotgun, Bob is considered to be "well-rounded" in terms of fighting styles in Tekken.

"Tekken 7" New Character Master Raven

Master Raven is a newcomer to "Tekken 7" and the entire franchise. Kotaku points out that there is also another Raven fighter that first came out in "Tekken 5." For now, it is not known if the two are related and how if they are as they are both ninjas as well. Harada wrote on Twitter that Master Raven is the boss of the original Raven.

"Tekken 7" is slated to be released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2017. The other characters that are in the game include: Paul Phoenix, Nina Williams, Heihachi, Kazuma, King, Asuka Kazama, Street Fighter's Akuma and many more.

Publisher Bandai Namco has said that the original Raven has unknown origins, PC Gamer noted. Master Raven joining the "Tekken 7" King of Iron Fist Tournament might give insight as to where they both come from.
