Real Housewives of New Jersey News: Teresa Giudice to Host Cooking Show After Jail, Preparing for Divorce?

Though Teresa Giudice will be going to prison on January 5 to begin serving her 15-month sentence, it has been reported that the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star will have a job waiting for her once she is released.

Giudice has a deal to host a cooking show for Bravo and will also appear on a part-time basis on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," according to reports.

"They are going to stay in touch with Teresa while she is prison by taping phone calls and if possible, they will do jailhouse interviews with her," a Bravo insider told Daily Mail. The source also said that Bravo has big plans for Giudice and reveals that she will have a cooking show once she gets out of jail, and that she is expected to make about $2 million a year on her new job.

"Teresa and Bravo have been taking this time to plan a big media event when she is released from prison either late next year or early 2016," said the source. Giudice is also said to have her first interview with Bravo's Andy Cohen once she is released.

But apart from her career plans, Giudice is also said to have plans to divorce her husband Joe as soon as she gets out of jail and Joe heads to prison to do his time.

Joe will report to prison to serve his 41-month sentence after his wife is released. The judge wanted to make sure that one parent will be with their four daughters while the other is incarcerated.

"Teresa is livid with Joe for putting her in this position so she is fed up and going to send him the divorce papers and tell him to sign them while he is sitting in jail … She trusted Joe and that's why they got into trouble — he was greedy and did some shady deals to live large," the source explained.

Neither Bravo nor the Giudices have commented on the rumors.
