'The 100' Season 4 Episode 8 Spoilers: Jaha Discovers a Lead to Second Dawn; Abby Struggles With Morality
The upcoming episode of "The 100" will see Jaha (Isaiah Washington) discovering something that may guide him to the mysterious Second Dawn. The stakes are getting higher and time is running out.
The synopsis of the next episode, titled "God Complex," states that Jaha will learn of a trail that could be the key to the Second Dawn. However, it remains to be seen what it is. Meanwhile, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Abby (Paige Turco) find themselves doubting how far they are ready to go. The two girls learn something discouraging which will lead them to think twice about their plans and struggling with morality.
A teaser trailer for the new episode has also been released. It starts out with Clarke and the others surrounding the Grounder they have managed to capture. They've got the Grounder bound and in the radiation chamber, ready for all the experiments they plan on conducting.
Clarke points out that this is their "only hope" because the death wave is coming in no more than 10 days. However, she becomes worried that their experiment will not work. Abby says they have no choice but to do everything they can. If they remain idle, they all die.
Meanwhile, Jasper (Devon Bostick) becomes reckless and goes out to a dangerous area despite being warned not to. Murphy (Richard Harmon) is yelling out that they "don't have to do this," although it is unclear who he is screaming at and why.
The previous episode, titled "Gimme Shelter," saw Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) wanting to go into the black rain to take her own life. After taking shelter and being stopped by Ilian (Chai Romruen), they ended up sleeping together because Octavia wanted to feel something else for once.
Bellamy (Bob Morley) felt helpless because he could not save everyone from the black rain, despite his best efforts. Finally, Emori (Luisa D'Oliveira) deduced that she was going to be sacrificed for experimental needs. As a result, she pretended to know a Grounder so that he could take her place.
"The 100" season 4 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW.
