Jason Sudeikis is expected to take on the main character, named Bird. The actor previously explained that the film will present an interesting message. According to Collider, he said, "We've gotten better at acting like anger doesn't exist, but it clearly still does. Letting it out, every now and then, actually is a healthy thing. May it never go too far, one way or the other. Don't hold it all the way in and don't let it all the way out, but a little toot of anger, every now and then, is a nice thing."

He also explained that the film will provide a good lesson for many children nowadays. He added, "I think speaking for yourself and standing up for yourself is a good thing to learn, as a human being, regardless of your age or your height. Our two-year-old says no, constantly."

The upcoming film will present a stellar cast, including Bill Hader, Danny McBride, Maya Rudolph, Kate McKinnon, Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Ike Barinholtz, and Peter Dinklage.

"The Angry Birds" movie is expected to hit theaters this May. 20.
