'The Bachelor': Ben Marries Courtney With Phony 'Sex and the City' Lines?
If "The Bachelor" fans weren't irritated enough when Ben Flajnik chose Courtney Robertson to be his mock "lawfully wedded wife," they may feel even more outraged after it was discovered that Robertson secretly borrowed "Sex and the City" lines to profess her undying love to Ben.
Flajnik was a lucky guy, after winning the opportunity to meet Courtney Robertson's parents. After luring him to her hometown, Robertson was even able to convince Ben to do a mock wedding, for which she insisted that he write his own vows.
As Courtney set the stage to reveal to Ben that she had fallen in love with him, the unsuspecting bachelor seemed smitten, though he might be surprised to find out that the words used to woo him were actually written by another man, "Sex and the City" director Michael Patrick King.

"I'm looking for love. Real, passionate, can't-live-without-each-other-love. When I look at you from across the room, I know that the key to your happiness is the key to mine," Robertson said.
"Ben, I want to love you and treat you right. Every day and every night. I hope you know I'm 100% ready for marriage and so happy I found you. I want you to know that I'm in love with you," she vowed.
While some fans may have rolled their eyes, Ben appeared entranced. However, Us Magazine has called foul.
"The first line of Robinson's heartfelt monologue should sound familiar to the [Sex and the City] diehards, who will recognize it from a scene where Carrie Bradshaw (Parker) broke up with then-boyfriend Alexander in the episode titled "An American Girl in Paris (Part Deux)," Us Magazine stated.
"I am someone who is looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can't-live-without-each-other-love," Parker told her then boyfriend in the Paris hotel room scene .
"Sex and the City" fans conceded to the similarities. "Im glad Im not the only one who noticed that line wasnt original. No surprise there though," Julie Williams wrote on Us Magazine's blog.
"I noticed the SATC line right away, and wondered how many other die-hard fans noticed it too," Camden Morgante added.
