'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Spoilers: Penny and Leonard to Visit a Therapist Because of Sheldon
It seems like Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (John Galecki) will reach their breaking point in living with Sheldon (Jim Parsons), since the two will be laying it all out on a therapist's couch during a consultation.
According to reports, Penny and Leonard's visit to the psychiatrist was originally just for Penny to make a "sales call" to the therapist, who is being played by Jane Kaczmarek. However, it turns out that the two need the consultation more than what they thought they do, since they need to work out on their "marital issues," and one of them is dealing with an overbearing roommate named Sheldon Cooper.
In the sneak peek released for the midseason premiere, Penny was seen complaining to the psychiatrist about Sheldon being a "big baby." Penny annoyingly said, "We have a man-child living with us named Sheldon," and "He is as real as the 'fine' I get when I use too much toilet paper!" Fans can't wait to see what the good psychiatrist will advise the married couple, especially after finding out how Sheldon causes strains on their relationship.

Meanwhile, viewers also saw in the teaser Leonard being picked on by Sheldon, Howard (Simon Helberg), and Raj (Kunal Nayyar). The video said, "Do you suffer from low self-esteem, social anxiety or sexual insecurity? Don't worry, there's a cure," which seems to be pointing to Leonard, since Penny was telling him, "The list goes on and on." It will just a be few more days before a new episode airs, and fans can finally see how Leonard will prove the others wrong.
IMDb posted a synopsis of the upcoming episode, which is titled "The Sales Call Sublimation," and the summary reads, "Leonard visits a psychiatrist so Penny can make a sales call on her and they learn some things about their interactions and marital issues. Stuart moves out of the Wolowitz House. Sheldon works with Raj looking for extra-solar planets."
