The synopsis from The Futon Critic for the episode titled "The Fermentation Bifurcation," says that the girls will be heading over to a place for some wine tasting event with Raj. Aside from taking sips, the gals are also intending to get to know more with Raj's latest girlfriend.
The latest development will get Penny and Amy into thinking why he chose Claire over Emily, when in fact, he already had spent the night with the latter. However, the fans know too well that Raj could have only been used by Emily. Despite the girl's advice never to come rushing to her side when she needs him, the guy would still do it over and over again.

Claire knows that Raj is still obsessed with the Emily. After all, she was the reason why they broke up. However, the two dated again after Claire ditched her new boyfriend for Raj.
It's likely that in the next episode, Claire will make Raj decide between her and Emily. Who will Raj pick?
Meanwhile, the TFC summary also said that Penny will bump into her ex-boyfriend, Zack, during the wine tasting. The guy will try to make Penny feel bad by flirting with Claire. This will only amuse Penny and Amy because they already know about Claire's real deal.
As with Sheldon, the nerd will get stuck with Bernadette who is quite disappointed for not being able to join the gang at the wine tasting. She is pregnant and so is barred from doing so.
