'The Bold and the Beautiful' August 29-September 2 Spoilers: Ivy is Back in Town, Teams Up with Quinn Against Steffy
Quinn will use Ivy to distract Liam from pursuing Steffy.
"The Bold and the Beautiful" (B&B) spoilers for the week of August 29 reveal that Eric (John McCook) and Quinn (Rena Sofer) get an unexpected ally in Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), who is back in town. Bill (Don Diamont) uses the Forrester shares to get Brooke to say yes, while Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is confronted by Eric on her real reasons for leaving Wyatt.
Bill's tempting proposal
Bill has Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) all to himself and uses the opportunity to push her to accept his marriage proposal. First, he reminds her of their long history and the love they have for each other.

The clincher of his proposal, , however, is offering her his shares in Forrester Creations, according to B&B spoilers. He told Brooke that 12.5 percent of the company will be hers to do what she pleases once they are married. But, Katie (Heather Tom) will certainly have something to say about this, since she has plans of her own.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) does not want the two to be together also, but there is a chance he might change his mind if he can get his hands on the shares. He desperately needs those to overthrow Eric as chief operating officer of his family's company.
Eric's suspicion
Things get ugly when Quinn returns to the company as the lead jewelry designer. She and Eric continue to face strong opposition to their union from the Forresters.
Wyatt is still in shock about the state of his marriage with Steffy. He tries hard to salvage it, but is still stunned that she left him. Meanwhile, Eric confronts Steffy about her real reason for leaving Wyatt (Darin Brooks). He feels that Steffy just used his relationship with Quinn as her excuse for leaving her husband.
Steffy will be offended by her grandfather's bluntness, though, there might be truth in what he observed. After all, Steffy did admit to Ridge that she never stopped loving Liam (Scott Clifton) and might have just found the opportunity to get back with him.
Ivy teams up with Quinn
Ivy Forresteris back in Los Angeles and she still has unfinished business with Liam, Steffy, and Wyatt. Ivy will side with Quinn, not only to get her job back at Forrester Creations, but also because she knows Steffy will strongly react when she learns that she sided with her mother-in-law.
Since Quinn is grateful for getting a fresh start with Eric, she thinks that Ivy deserves a second chance as well. She gives her a job in the jewelry division. Her doing so will enable Quinn to thwart Liam's moves in going after Steffy, hints "The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers.
Quinn knows that she has to do something to distract Liam from his pursuit of Steffy and give Wyatt a fighting chance to win her back. However, Quinn has to tread carefully because she does not want to betray the trust Eric has given her.
Other B&B spoilers for the week
Katie plans her revenge on Bill. "The Bold and the Beautiful" spoilers suggest that she has an ulterior motive for helping Ridge in getting Bill's shares in the company. Katie is planning to set up Ridge and Brooke to leave Bill empty handed and with Brooke rejecting him.
Meanwhile, Nicole Avant (Reign Edwards) notices the growing closeness of Sasha (Felisha Cooper) and Thomas. She wonders if they could be more than friends. If so, all three Avant sisters would be involved with Forrester men.
