'The Bold and the Beautiful' Spoilers for December 9, 2015: Steffy In the Hot Seat Again

Following the critical accident that Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) fell into, the suspicion continues to rise as Liam (Scott Clifton) will try to put Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in the hot seat once more with questions that will probably blow her mind.

Ivy is in critical condition, and in the previous episode, fans saw Steffy telling Thomas (Pierson Fode) that it was all an accident. Ivy refused to let go of Steffy's arm, and in the pushing-and-pulling drama, Ivy fell into the electrical board.

Without Steffy's knowledge, Liam has been eavesdropping and heard the entire confession. While Liam has been hoping that Steffy wasn't involved in Ivy's near-death experience, especially since she is still in the brink of death, he just got the more confused after learning of Steffy's involvement.

As always, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will look into the blurry details of the accident and will demand the truth from anybody who knows anything about what really happened.

Spoilers reveal that the upcoming episode will see Liam cornering Steffy, but a twist of fate only makes Liam more confused as he overhears Steffy apologizing to Ivy, letting her know that she didn't want the accident.

What's interesting is the possibility that Liam will also start questioning Steffy's involvement in Aly's (Ashlyn Pearce) death, now that he knows Steffy was around Ivy when the accident took place.

It is worth noting that Ivy saw how Steffy swung a tire iron at Aly, who fell and hit her head on a rock, leaving her dead. If Liam finds out that Steffy was also involved in Aly's death, will his feelings for Steffy change and will justice finally be served?

It is also unclear if Liam will tell Wyatt that he heard Steffy's confession. If he does come clean about the accident, Wyatt will most likely pose a threat to Steffy's freedom, and could possibly spill everything that he knows about Aly's death.
