'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - part 2' plot news: Trailer titled 'For Prim'

The trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - part 2" has been released, which reveals several spoilers from the novel.

Lionsgate has finally released the trailer and poster for the final installment of the Hunger Games series. The trailer has reportedly revealed several spoilers that fans of the book have been dreading to witness on the big screen.

Those who have read the book will know that the story will lead to Prim's tragic death. In a conflict with the capital, Prim's death will serve as Katniss' drive for the rest of the story. With that, the trailer titled "For Prim" revealed endearing moments of Prim and Katniss.

The previous installment ended with Peeta finally getting out of the Capitol. However, things did not go smoothly as it was shown that he seemed to be brainwashed by Snow. With that, he tried to kill Katniss when she visited him.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - part 2 is expected to continue the story of the rebellion. It will also touch upon the new dynamics of Peeta and Katniss.

The upcoming film will have Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, and Elizabeth Banks reprising their roles. They will be joined by other stellar actors such as Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright, Willow Shields, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, Natalie Dormer, with Stanley Tucci, and Donald Sutherland.

Hemsworth recently shared details about what to expect for the upcoming movie. He said, "It's great. I think it might be the best one. It's more action-packed for sure. I think start to finish it just doesn't give up. The whole time you feel like anyone could be killed at any moment. It's like that in all of them but I feel like this is, the stakes are a little higher."

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - part 2 is expected to be in theaters this Nov. 20.
