'The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes' Will Bring Friends Together

The upcoming title "The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes" is expected to bring friends closer.

The newest video game will be bringing the well-known Zelda action, along with a unique gameplay. Reports have stated that game experience will be maximizing if players find two other friends to play with.

With that, the group will be dealing with several platforms and puzzles throughout the game. Reminiscent of the "Four Swords Zelda" title, the game will be presented in a co-op manner.

However, unlike "Four Swords Zelda," the new game will only need three players instead of four. In addition, it will also have a different gameplay. "The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes" will put its focus on Totems. Players will be able to grab each other and hoist them up on their shoulders to create a Totem of three characters. This is a feature that will let players seek out high places. It can also be used for attacks and item use.

It was also revealed that several items will be presented to the characters throughout the game. Each player can only obtain one item that they will use for the rest of the level, which means that they will have to decide the assignments themselves. There will be some items taken from the previous titles, while "The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes" will also feature some new items. An example of the new item is a Water Rod that enables players to create pillars to help them reach high places.

Furthermore, players will also be able to create their own costumes, which they can wear. Costumes will also have their own special effects, such as a piece that will let beams shoot out of the sword.

"The Legend of Zelda: Tri-Force Heroes" will be available for the Nintendo 3DS this Oct. 22.
