'The Mick' Season 1 Episode 11 Spoilers: Mickey Takes a Stand for Ben in 'The New Girl'

Mickey (Kaitlin Olson) may not be the most responsible aunt around, but she does try. And in the next episode of FOX's new comedy series "The Mick," the cool aunt takes a stand against discrimination when it is directed at her precocious nephew, Ben (Jack Stanton).

As to how she actually does this will be quite a treat, considering how her previous attempt to defend Chip (Thomas Barbusca) against the pressure of ratting out his teammates was mostly just her talking about the movie "Jaws."

But what could Ben possibly be discriminated for?

In a promo for the next episode, Ben seems to have taken on a rather odd identity as he is seen dressed up in skirts while playing jump rope with the girls in his school. He is also shown in an oversized floral blouse with a headband on his head in a later episode. Could this strange phase he's going through be the reason why the school is bearing down on him?

Will Mickey finally understand the importance of good parenting, or will her unorthodox ways prevail and actually work out this time around?

The episode will also feature the older Pembertons, Sabrina (Sofia Black-D'Elia) and Chip. They will spend some quality time with their long-time house help, Alba (Carla Jimenez), and quite possibly become closer to her when they learn some surprising things about her.

What could these surprising things be? Does it have to do with her current secret habits, unknown special skills, or the troubled life she led before she came to work for the Pembertons? Will these discoveries change the way Sabrina and Chip look at Alba for good? What could've possibly caused the three of them to spend time together in the first place?

"The Mick" season 1 episode 11 titled "The New Girl" airs on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 8:30 p.m. EST on FOX.
